Description of dynamic system evolution by finite markovian process as efficiency of use

The article formulates the approach and methods to analyze safety of dynamic systems during functioning. It is shown how to ap-proximate functioning of a system by finite sum of Volterra integral equations with polynomial coefficients with consideration of statistical synthesis. The estimations of parameters are shown and discussed.
