As a result of the work were investigated: general characteristics of the models of random processes and statistical characteristics of the random phase (including the study of the density distribution of the envelope and phase), as well as the conditional probability characteristics. The possibility of improving noise immunity and reliability of communication systems based on probabilistic characteristics of the signals received and variance estimates were established as a result of the study. The graphic built on the basis of the ratio of conditional and unconditional variance shows that the introduction of samples reduces the amplitude, phase fluctuations that ultimately allows to improve the noise immunity of communication systems for more than 3 times.
