The object of this article is antenna of telecommunication spacecraft with contour pattern produced by JSC “ISS”. Antennas of spacecrafts with contour pattern received the great acceptance in the world as the most effective in providing services in restricted areas. These antennas consist of parabolic reflector of special profile and single feed. At the present time JSC “Academician M. F. Reshetnev “Information satellites systems” (JSC “ISS”) purchases import antennas with such structure while production both for domestic and foreign customers. Today when the development of domestic production base is of great interest in our country, the important step in this way is to replace import equipment. The creation process of reflector based on composite materials is described in this article. High technological equipment was bought to reach this purpose. The producing technology of the antennas with contour pattern was implemented step by step within the last years. The specialized software was developed for exercise of synthesis of a surface of a composite form reflector. Its work is based on use of polynoms of Tsernike which application is necessary for the description of deformations of a surface of a profile of a reflector. The resultants radio characteristics are given in closing part of the article.
