The assessment of possibility to implement the communication system with multiple access based on wavelet modulated broadband signal

According to forecast of international consulting agencies, such as Eurocunsult and NSR, from 2013 to 2018 the cumulative increase of mobile satellite communication users’ number will be 20%. Due to limitation of orbital frequency resource, increase of transmitted information volume, absence of free geostationary positions the necessity of effectiveness increasing of provided communication resource implementation appears. Main methods are: multiple access with frequency division (FDMA), multiple access with time division (TDMA) and multiple access with code division (CDMA). In the article the possibility to implement the communication system with multiple access based on wavelet modulated broadband signal is assessed. The effectiveness usage of TDMA and CDMA is calculated. The possibility of joint implementation of TDMA and CDMA methods is analyzed.
