Organization of computer aided design and electrical control onboard cable network of the spacecraft in the JSC «ISS»

Spacecraft is complex electrical device designed to work in open space. Currently, in the Spacecraft as a communication medium between the equipment units used onboard cable network, this is cable assembly of the high and low frequency links. For design of cable network requires 3D-layout products spacecraft, which will run cabling. The initial data for the design of an electric circuit diagram are presented in tabular form in the format «xls». After wiring is launching a set of design documentation for the cables, which in JSC «ISS» is formed with the use of automated integrated software package. This allows you to save time and improve the quality of design cable network spacecraft. Conducting electrical tests cable network spacecraft performed on an automated control system installation «TEST-9110-VXI-12000» (ASKM). ASKM performs the functions of measurement and control circuit resistance DC, verification and dielectric strength of electrical circuits. Application ASKM in electrical tests requires a set of baseline data on the cable network in a specific format, containing description: test mode, circuit switching and cable network with verifying complex. The data set for screening complex enterprise formed by a self-developed software. The program allows significantly speeding the process of describing the electrical circuits KSB and providing step test cable network spacecraft correct data.
