The true random number generator based on two-dimensional map with chaotic dynamics and IP block are offered. The generator comprise of digital gates only, so it can be implemented in various ways and technologies: FPGA, ASIC etc. The probability distribution of the output numbers is a uniform. The related two-dimensional map with chaotic dynamics is considered. The IP block of the generator can be applied as the embedded source of random numbers or noise for security systems.
