Non-stationary variations of the carrier phase acceleration of the transionospheric satellite signals of GPS and GLONASS

We carried out a comparative analysis of quality of signal carrier phase of navigation satellites GPS and GLONASS as well as spectrum of small-scale ionospheric electron density irregularities under non-stationary polar ionosphere condition.
