Organization of laser shot in information-telecommunication system for mobile laser scanning

The conceptual approach and main principles of the organization of the transportable laser scanning realizing technological possibility of obtaining of the geospace information from moving platforms are presented. The technology of quality control of results transportable laser the scannings (express train-analysis), being is developed by the major action on which depends not only quality of received geodata, but also time spent for obtaining of correct result. The offered approach is grounded on a complex estimation of density of a coating, accuracy of positioning and results of matching with data of ground inspection. The technology of execution of shooting in movement is innovative in the field of execution of measurements for creation of maps and charts, certification, monitoring and fixing of a state of infrastructural transport objects. The process of laser scanning is presented in six different steps, that are elaborately described and analyzed.
