The phonoelectrophoresis method is can effectively be used in otolaryngology for treatment of hearing pathologies. It is based on ultrasound influence on hearing organs. Ultrasound therapeutic action is caused by joint influence on an organism of a number of factors: mechanical oscillations of fabric structures, changes of membranes permeability, change of ionic transport, action of the thermal energy which is allocated at ultrasound absorption Medical action of ultrasound of low intensity formed a basis for its use in chronic tonsillitis therapy, hypertrophic pharyngitises, vasomotorial rhinitises, chronic antritises, etc. Domestic devices of the combined phonoelectrophoresis therapy are absent in the market. The foreign equipment doesn\'t allow to carry out the procedures connected with specifics of an internal ear treatment, possess functional redundancy of therapy and too expensive. Field of application of the hardware-software complex for treatment of sensorineural hearing loss isn't limited only not purulent ear pathology, mixed and a cochlear form of an otosclerosis, primary cochlear neuritis of various etiology, a kokhleovestibulyarny peripheral syndrome, Minyer's illness, and can be positioned in the following areas: in the otorhinolaryngological hospitals; in the policlinics having an audiotherapeutic office; in medical research establishments; there is a potential of export supplies of equipment abroad. Bioresonant physical therapy is a subsection of a clinical bioelektromagnitologiya. This area of science arose during an opposition era and an exit in space of two superstates - the USSR and the USA. The clinical bioelektromagnitologiya studies influence of artificial and natural electromagnetic fields (EMF) on biological systems and organisms. There is established reduction of expressiveness of vegetative shifts, the hypertensive reactions to standard physical activities after course application of an INFITA-phototherapy.
