The fibrous ring movement modeling in the heart contraction

The aim of this study was to develop a moving partitions mathematical model between the human heart atria and ventricles. It is necessary to increase the precision of monitoring cardiac output of the patient parameter with multi electro impedance mapping. Such studies have underestimated the results by determining the values of stroke volume and ejection fraction. Fibrous ring movement studying with MRI data of several patients it was found that the movement of the valve septum contributes sufficiently large contribution to the stroke volume of the heart. On the basis of these data were considered three models of valve mounting partitions and the heart as a whole. Calculations and modeling showed that the movement of the valve septum create greater contribution viscous forces model. However, these models are not able to fully describe such a motion. Model correctly describe the movement in the starting and ending times. Such calculations will recalculate the dynamics of the contribution from the movement of the valve ring in stroke volume, depending on heart rate and movements of the ventricles, calculated by the method of multichannel electrical impedance mapping.
