One-stage coherent-noncoherent algorithm of object attitude estimation using satellite navigation radio signals

There is considered a task of synthesis of one-stage coherent-noncoherent algorithm of object angular attitude estimation using satellite navigation radio signals. Optimal filtering theory is used for this purpose. There is introduced the description of the dynamic of received signal phase relative to the center of the base line. In this case phase dynamic is caused by angular motion of base line. When in use of synthesis of the coherent-noncoherent algorithm there is performed averaging over common phase corresponded to the center of the base line. This provides noise stability of the receiver. Meanwhile in the synthesized algorithm information about angular attitude is produced from phase difference of signals received at spaced points. This provides high accuracy of angular attitude determination. The efficiency of the synthesized algorithm is illustrated. Using simulation it is shown that angel estimation accuracy can reached less then 0,5 – 0,7 angular minutes using 1,5 meter base lines.
