This article describes approaches to information and functional security risk management of multifunctional information system of the military-industrial complex integrated structure on exposure to electromagnetic intrusion. The authors formulate the goals and objectives of risk management, consider normative regulation of the risk management process and algorithmizate the process of analysis and information and functional security risk management.
