In this paper the method of synthesis of printed of beamformer devices (BFD) based on lenses Rothman stated and experimental results of measurements of the characteristics of broadband layouts multibeam antenna arrays (MAA), create on the synthesized BFD. The experimental results have confirmed the applicability of the authors' method of calculating the BFD and showed promising application of multibeam antenna arrays in radio monitoring systems. Made by the authors estimate of sensitivity MAA showed the possibility of using MAA radiation detection radar with a low probability of detection (LPD). The authors propose to use direction finding characteristics formed as adjacent beams and beams arranged in one that allows you to almost halve the error of direction finding in the lower range. The article describes a standard error of estimate depending signal-to-noise direction finding relationships.
