Philosophy of artificial intelligence: neurocomputing realizers of cognitions

In contemporary philosophy of artificial intelligence (AI) representative approach surrendered prevailing position. Dominant paradigm for studying thinking and mind became the connectionism. Neurocomputing made invariant engineering and design solutions for the realization of cognition of vital, mental, personal and socio-cultural contents. In the context of the philosophy of AI «the main question of philosophy» (the idea/matter, spirit/body, mind/brain) was specified in cognition/realizer. The ontology of «realizators» formed (neuro)computer models of theories of physical, biological, social, technical, and other systems. The metaphysical study of «consciousness» become relevant. In the theories of «consciousness» I have problematic status as a carrier of cognitions regarding (neuro) computer realizers (NCR). My cognition (1) are identified with the NCR (physicalism); (2) expressed the scripts of NCR unifying patterns of acts (behaviorism); (3) reduce to the dictionary NCR (eliminativism); (4) declared objectively insignificant relative to the NCR (epiphenomenalism); (5) are thrown into the transcendental heights where NCR work as part of the machine Dasien (phenomenologism); (6) are derived from global connectionist AI, generating narratives-representations of «self», «person», «I» (heterophenomenologism); (7) substantialistically separated from NCR (dualism) in presumption of (7.1) of random connections between them (parallelism), (7.2) total external determination (occasionalism) or (7.3) «dialogue» ( interactionism ) . (8) In the functionalism of Turing machine (the machine functionalism), historically the first functionalist paradigm «consciousness», my cognition described in the context of NCR operation scheme: input/cognition/outputs. Obviously, I - not a Turing machine. (9) The functionalism of Turing test (test functionalism) mitigates this thesis: I attribute NCR as their own cognition, and, by analogy, cognition of other. Attribution is performed by comprehensive Turing test [1], which implements: 1) the definite function in the context of issues: whether the computer (system of NCR) «think», «aware», «live», «love», etc. ; 2) the design function for develop fundamental NCR projects; 3) the critical function for regarding the implementation of the NCR into people and society. In the context of the NCR the place of I positioned 3D-ontology of integrated interpretation of: 1) my cognitions (qualia, experiences, projections, etc.); 2) biological, psychological, neurophysiological, sociological and other theories; 3) computer projects of NCR.
