Polyvinylchloride medical appointment with a low rate of extraction plasticizer

Introduction plasticizers with polyvinylchloride composition provides its processing in medical products and complex of physico-mechanical properties. Extracting plasticizers blood or body fluids leads to changes in their composition with a negative impact on people. One way to reduce the speed of extraction is to apply to the product surface layer. Purpose of the work is the estimation of the speed of extraction dioktilftalata PVC with surface coating of different molecular weight polyethylene glycol, skined in the presence of metallic sodium. Extracting plasticizers proceeds in two stages, the first stage occurs at a high rate, which decreased during the transition to the second stage of the process. Practical importance is not only the prediction of the speed of the various stages of extraction, but also the share of desorbed plasticizer, with the allocation of which there is a transition from the first stage to the second stage of extraction. The approach for prediction of the speed of each stage of extraction and the conditions of the transition from the first stage to the second stage of the process associated with the use of kinetic dependencies extraction in the system of coordinates of time. On the basis of literary data the estimation of the influence of molecular mass of ethylene glycol on the ability of the protective coating to reduce the extraction of plasticizer. The equations which provide the prediction of the kinetics of each stage of extraction and the share of desorbed plasticizer, with the allocation of which there is a transition to the second stage of extraction.
