Biotechnological aspects of enzymesand immunoglobulinsimmobilization on niosomes

The purpose of these studies  antibodies and enzyme immobilization by incorporating them in niosomalnye vesicles containing nonionic detergent, dicetyl phosphate and cholesterol. The optimal ratio of the components are found, methods of immobilization to ensure the effectiveness of the inclusion of the enzyme and immunoglobulins in niosomes are defined. On the basis of niosomesa highly stable and immunoperoxidase preparation for making an enzyme immunoassay to detect pathogens of tularemia and brucellosis are obtained.
