The creation of the perspective system of the orbital motion’s prediction for the monitoring of the space debris

The work presents the spatial allocation of the space debris. The article describes the composition and structure of the modern Russian system for the monitoring of the space debris in the near-Earth space. The work shows the model to the creation of the perspective system for the orbital motion’s prediction of the center of mass of the artificial objects with a description of the main and auxiliary modules. In conclusion, flaws in the realization of the parts of the existing systems for the orbital motion’s prediction of the center of mass of the space objects were considered.
