Biomedical and biotechnological applications of ozone in the past few decades, there is growing development. Today, ozone is used in rheumatology, orthopedics, traumatology, transplantation, dentistry, dermatology, gynecology, surgery, neurology, cosmetology, etc. This, of course, each particular therapeutic or surgical application requires the use of medical ozone certain methods of treatment procedures under strictly calibrated dosages used ozone-oxygen mixtures. The use of ozone for biotechnological applications requires the development of new high-ozone generators. The main units of the ozone generator are: electric gas discharge reactor (ozone generator) and the high voltage high frequency power supply that determine the reliability and stability of the produced equipment. At the design stage of the ozone generator –we must solve the problem of automatically maintain maximum ozone concentration at the outlet of the generator. The ozone concentration at the outlet is dependent on the ozone generator design and electrical characteristics as well as pressure, temperature, flow rate and composition of the gas discharge gap of the ozone generator. Synthesis of the structure ozone generator made in class of adaptive systems with a reference model based on Lyapunov's direct method. Solution of the problem of synthesis is carried out under conditions of incomplete information and limited technical means of surveillance that limits the number of tunable parameters of the system. A dynamic model of the resonator with negative feedback with adjustable gain. The considered control system provides the optimum concentration of ozone at each flow rate of oxygen. The practical implementation of such a system is to provide the best performance of the ozone generator and thus optimize the flow of oxygen. The resulting stability of the parameters of the synthesis of ozone ultimately guarantees necessary for practical applications reproducible and reliably controlled conditions and modes of operation of the apparatus.
