Irradiator formed collimator mirror incident primary electromagnetic field parameters are one of the compact antenna range work area field characteristics influencing its main factors. Radiation pattern requirements can be formed at basis of reflector antenna theory. Irradiator radiation pattern is asymmetrical in connection with paraboloid of revolution asymmetrical fragment formed mirror. Such emitter constructions are awkward, and their special design used for radiation pattern distortion potentially limits interrogator broadbandness. Collimator mirror, feed line, and recorder device (network analyzer) bandwidths are much wider than interrogator one. Besides, these emitters can be used for strict polarized field forming. Axial-symmetric radiation pattern parameters requirements forming technique, which designed for use in the capacity of compact antenna range interrogator, is placed. Bandwidth and polarization restrictions are raised for these emitters. Thus, necessary interrogators range decreases.
