The influence of ehf-irradiation of low intensity on steady conglomerates formation of in the mixed culture of the phototrophic and heterotrophic microorganisms

Cyanobacteria and actinomycetes in microbial communities and association are abundant in the majority of native ecosystems microorganisms. In this work the mixed culture in which partners was a phototrophic cyanobacterium Anabaena variabilis Kutz. ATSS 29413 and heterotrophic actinomycete Streptomyces xanthochromogenes strain N8 which was isolate from soil has been grown. Cyanobacteria cultivated on the Gromov N6 mineral medium at continuous lighting and temperature 28ºС within 21 days. Inoculum of cyanobacteria contained 104 Cell/ml. Actinomycete cultivated on a surface of the solid mineral medium Gauze N1 on Petri dish within 14 days at the same temperature for receiving an air mycelium and spore formation which suspension was inoculum with concentration of 106 Cell/ml. For growth of the mixed culture we modified Gromov N6 medium. According to the criterion suggested by us for selection of partners in the reactivity was made for the best growth of the mixed cultures their native exometabolites in medium in the course of growth of cultures. Single EHF-radiation made the Akvastim device with submersible antenna 7,1 mm wavelength and density of falling power of 1,5 mWt/cm2 within 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. At radiation within 15 and 30 minutes separately cultures of actinomycetes the increase in diameter of colonies at 40% in comparison with control has been shown. Radiation separately cultures of cyanobacterium within 45 minutes gave increase in an exit of a biomass at 25%, and within 60 minutes for 34% in comparison with control. In unirradiated culture formation of spherical new growths – the conglomerates that consisting of densely interlacement fibers of trichome of cyanobacteria and hyphae of actinomycetes for the first time it was revealed. Conglomerates in the unirradiated mixed culture started being formed for the 5th days of growth and the contents them made 8-9% from the total biomass for 21 days. Radiation of the mixed culture within 45 minutes led to formation of conglomerates, since 3 days, and their contents to 15% from the total biomass.
