Statistics of mixtures of non-Gaussian radar signal and non-Gaussian disturbance

There have been obtained and researched probabilistic characteristics of non- Gaussian partially polarized signal parameters in the presence of non- Gaussian disturbance. In the capacity of models there have been used generalized non-Gaussian models of stationary and periodically non-stationary signals which can be used for statistical description of signals with a deeper nature of amplitude fluctuation comparing to that of a Rayleigh model. There have been obtained model parameters estimate through physically measured values and connection of these parameters have been shown with reflected signal fluctuation depth, signal average power, a signal steady-state component and signal non-stationarity. The obtained expressions generalize numerous particular cases which take place in the radar synthesis theory and in practice.
