The features of electron-beam dispersion of chlorine copper, morphology and molecular structure of nanocomposite coatings based on polyethylene and copper, formed under different conditions and modes were determined. It is shown that on the dispersion stage of the chlorinated copper is possible formation of the copper oxide into area of electrons influence. The coating containing copper nanoparticles 50...100 nm during the deposition of the volatile dispersing products of chloric copper and polyethylene was formed. Coating formation in laser assisting and their heat treatment process initiate recovery of copper and lead to a reduction in the size of the particles.
