The tasks to be solved by radio provision systems when implementing the manned flights to the Moon and to the Mars are considered in the paper. The main problem for the radio provision system shall be keeping an uninterrupted communication of all objects, (participating in implementation of the mission, and also of habituated bases on the Moon and Mars surface) with the Earth. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary in addition to duly organized ground-based communication means to use the specially created near-planet data-relay communication subsystems.
