The creation of additional non-invasive techniques to improve the accuracy of such important biomechanical parameters of the heart as stroke volume and ejection fraction is an important task. One such method is the method of precardiac impedance mapping, which peculiarity is that electrode system corresponds to individual anatomical features of the heart geometry and location for increasing the precision of the technique.
For research a multichannel hardware-software complex has being used, it allows measuring impedance by using tetrapolar technique with 30 channels.
Sphere model of precardiac area used for calculations of heart wall movements’ and centre of inertia locus. Relevant software complex has been developed.
Comparison of estimated data on the movements of the inner ventricular wall boundaries in different directions shows that these values are yield similar to the verified data obtained by using MRI and ultrasound studies. In the cardiac apex direction calculated movement by using the developed method gives underestimated results.
