The electrical characteristics of millimeter-wave active phased antenna array of Vivaldi elements are studied by wide-angle scanning. The finite element method based electromagnetic model of infinite periodical array with hexagonal lattice is used. The frequency response of active reflection coefficient and the radiation pattern of array element as well as radiation pattern of full-size antenna array of about 1500 elements are considered.
