Location Based Services (LBS) are a very interesting area, and techniques aiming to locate a certain person or device are very important as a basic necessity to provide services bound to speciﬁc locations.
The article describes models and algorithms of the monitoring system of a transport stream (MSTS) queuing system: considered problems that can perform MSTS, based on an analysis of these problems are described levels of the system is constructed block diagram, highlighted the main objects of the system on a physical level and constructed a diagram of the conceptual level, developed set-theoretic model of MSTS, described the constituent elements of this set, functions of the mapping between them, basic algorithms necessary to implement the functions of monitoring traffic in a queuing system.
As example is given algorithm for query processing operations on the entry of the client to the input terminal of the object in terms of a mathematical model, then it is constructed block diagrams of this algorithm and given evaluation of the effectiveness of the model based on a study of parking in the system of AnyLogic.
