The second order algorithms for acceleration of adaptive «null» and «beam» forming in a compact on-board antenna array are suggested. Pseudo noise signals with known law of phase manipulation are receiving in the presence of some strong unknown interferences. The Newton-Raphson method and Broiden's formula are used. Data of comparison of the first order and two second order algorithms are discussed. Recommendations to utilization of the described algorithms are given.
