Interception method have the biggest advantages among methods of long-range lateral guidance. Its shortcomings are high computing labor and insufficient situational awareness of the pilot regarding guidance outcome forecast. The paper presents the results of the development of algorithms for the modified method of intercepting air targets, providing increased information content of a process aiming at the plane by the method of aerial target intercept and simplify the process of calculating the required rate and time of induced targeting of aircraft.
The modified method involves the introduction of intercept procedures for generation and transmission of data on the spatial position of the point of intercept time and guidance on air target, as well as the visual display of data on the induced plane. In addition, the developed algorithms are used to obtain an analytical solution for the required value of the course of time, and induced an aircraft guidance systems and, thus, to simplify the computations in data-processing system, the control point.
To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method was carried out modeling of the target interception with the aircraft controlled from command post for arbitrary initial data showed that the aircraft guidance is performed with high accuracy and stability.
