We study the idea of neurocomputing, offered in the original version of the Turing test in connection with representationism and connectionist Lovelace rebuttal argument – the computer can not create. the lingvocomputing based on the Turing machine can simulate a creative activity, neurocomputing allows modeling of the phenomena of creativity by connectionist «freedom» of the organization of quasialgorithm processes, but the neural network can not be represented by a turing machine, but the neural network can be represented by the Korsakov machine.
