The bone tissue age changes primarily appear as changes of bone tissues main morphometric characteristics of their structural-functional components. An increase of mineral component fraction in bone matrix and in consequence mechanical properties take place as well. The researching of age changes of mechanical characteristics have revealed their one-stage character for rats as the animals with permanent growth. The same investigation of human bones have revealed their three-stage changes. The established features of development and senescence in conditions of functional load changing must be taken into account in restorative operations as well as in gerontological and age morphological researches.
