Electrical properties of nanocomposites (CO41FE39B20)Х(CAF2)100-Х and COХ(CAF2)100-Х were studied. Found that in nanocomposites threshold of from 80-180 K is just law of Mott (σ ~ 1/T1/4), associate with jump-conduction electrons with variable length jump on localized states near the Fermi level. It is shown that the temperature range between 180-300 K conductivity describes power mechanism of conductivity that is associated with resonant-tunneling called absolutely inelastic final number of conductive channels with an average number of localized states between the neighboring grains
